He has a very broad level of experience, being involved in accounting for almost 50 years, including experience in his own practice. Today he focuses on helping clients with succession planning, business structures, international tax, complex local tax issues, trusts & estates, and business/share valuations.

Neville achieved full qualification in 1972, and has recently been certified as a Qualified Statutory Accountant by Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ).

Warwick is a qualified accountant, with over 46 years of experience. He very much enjoys client interaction and being able to make a positive contribution to his clients’ businesses.

During this time, he has worked in the commercial environment for 18 years which included 12 years for a large multi-national corporate with experience in all aspects of Financial Management and Reporting within corporate guidelines and disciplines, Cost and Management accounting experience, budgeting and Capital Expenditure appraisals. Liaison with internal and external auditors.
He has had 6 years in chartered accountancy environment, serving a broad range of businesses, specialising in management reporting and financial management as well as taxation and compliance work, business valuations and client succession planning work.

He has also had hands-on experience with 20 years in his own businesses, including a promotional marketing company and nursery trading business

A creative problem solver and big picture thinker, Wesley helps clients to develop and execute strategies for growth and financial success by challenging assumptions and status quo. Especially passionate about improving process efficiency and internal reporting through technology, Wesley has overseen many ERP software implementations for clients, and is currently leading the UBTA Systems Advisory team.

Wesley brings a high level of motivation to the team, and loves networking with staff, clients and industry experts. Our youngest account manager received a Bachelor of Accountancy with Massey University and recently completed his Graduate Diploma of Accountancy from CAANZ capping off 6 years of study.
